Our manufacturer’s warranty covers products against defects in materials or workmanship and it starts immediately after delivery. 12 months quality warranty.

We care about everyone who buys from us. We take our manufacturer’s warranty really seriously, and if there is a defect to your products within the warranty period, we will do our utmost to sort it out for you within 24 hours. This warranty is extended to the original owner only and excludes normal wear and tear (e.g., zippers that wear out after extended use) or misuse.

Return Process:
1. Obtain a Return Product Authorization from Amazon or msg us fill out the request form before returning your products. Please note that we don’t process any items for returns or exchanges without an RPA number or written approval on the RPA request form.

2. Be sure to inspect your items before sending them back — if you don’t get a chance to do this, please let us know before shipping the items. The items must be in their original packaging and unused for us to process a return.

4. Any shipping costs and restocking fees associated with the return in the event of fulfillment or other error on the part of White Duck Outdoors will be incurred by us. In the case of a : return, shipping costs and restocking fees will be incurred by the customer. Keep in mind that shipping can be expensive and varies depending on the size and weight of the product.

5. We will refund to you within 24 hours after we receive and check the packages.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or product, please Email our team will get in touch with you to process the exchange.
